Warranty registration takes two minutes and links your Coetz™ products to your order. It is optional, and your warranty applies either way.
Register your Coetz™ aluminium windows, doors and automatic door operators to link your products to your order for faster warranty support, replacement parts and future upgrades.
Registration takes two minutes. Have your order number and product code(s) ready — both appear on your invoice. Warranty cover remains subject to the written warranty terms supplied with your quotation or order, correct installation and approved operating conditions; see our Warranty page for details.
Why warranty registration helps

Warranty registration is optional. Your cover under our warranty runs from the original delivery date whether you register or not. Registering helps in three ways:
- Faster claims. Your products are already linked to your order, so we can check the details straight away.
- The right replacement parts. We can identify exactly which product, size and finish you have.
- A record for the future. Useful if you sell the property or need to reorder a matching unit years later.
What you need for warranty registration

- Your order number, shown on your order confirmation and invoice.
- The product codes, listed on your invoice for each item.
- Your contact details, so we can reach you about your registration.
If you cannot find your order number, email sales@coetzglazing.co.za with your name and the delivery date and we will help.
What happens after warranty registration

We link the registered products to your order. If you ever need to make a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the problem, and we will take it from there. Registration does not change what is covered; the warranty terms and periods are set out in full on the warranty page.
Warranty registration for automatic doors

The MC-125 sliding and MCW-100 swing operators carry a 24-month warranty on the operator. Registering an automatic door links the operator to your installation, which helps when you book a service or a call-out. We recommend a service every six months.
Your information
We use the details you register only to manage your warranty and support your products. Our privacy policy explains how we look after personal information under POPIA, and you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Your consumer rights
Registering your products does not replace or limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Our warranty is in addition to those rights. If you want independent guidance, the National Consumer Commission publishes information for consumers in South Africa.
Tips for a smooth registration
- Register soon after delivery, while your invoice and order confirmation are easy to find.
- Use the email address on your order, so we can match the registration quickly.
- Register each delivery, if your project arrived in more than one order.
- Keep your invoice anyway. Registration makes a claim quicker, but the invoice is still your proof of purchase.
- Note where each unit is installed, for example “main bedroom window”, in case you need a matching part later.
