WhatsApp is ideal when you want to send photos of the opening or a sketch with measurements – it is how most of our customers contact Coetz™. Email suits drawings, building plans, multi-window schedules and orders that need a written trail.
Whichever way you contact Coetz™, have the opening size ready in millimetres (width × height). Most standard sizes are already priced in our online shop, so you may be able to order straight away.

What to send when you contact Coetz™ for a quote
- The opening width and height in millimetres – we make units 10 mm under the catalogue size so they fit the opening
- The product type: top hung, side hung, sliding, fixed or folding windows, or sliding, folding, hinged or stable doors
- Your colour: Black, White, Bronze, Charcoal or Natural Anodised
- The quantity and your delivery area, or that you will collect
- A photo or sketch of the opening if you have one
How ordering works
- Choose a priced size in the shop, or contact Coetz™ for a quote on a custom size.
- Confirm the size, colour, glass and opening direction.
- Pay online at checkout or as invoiced on your quote.
- Your order is made to order, with a lead time of 1–2 days.
- Collect from Laser Park or have it delivered.
Delivery across South Africa
We deliver to Johannesburg, the rest of Gauteng and nationwide. Delivery is charged by zone and by item size, and it is calculated automatically at checkout. Rates and delivery times are listed on our delivery page.
Installation and automatic doors
Aluminium windows and doors are supplied only – your own builder or installer fits them. Automatic doors and custom shopfronts are supplied and installed through our parent company, MC Automations, so contact Coetz™ for those projects too.
After-sales, warranty and returns
Please inspect your order when it arrives and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours. Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty, and our returns and refunds policy explains what can be returned.
Trade and contractor accounts

What is the quickest way to get a price?
Most standard window and door sizes are already priced in our online shop. For a size we do not list, contact Coetz™ on WhatsApp or through the quote configurator with your width and height in millimetres, and we will price it for you.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection from our Laser Park premises in Roodepoort is free and by arrangement – please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before you travel.
Do you deliver outside Gauteng?
Yes. We deliver nationwide. Delivery is charged by zone and calculated automatically at checkout; see the delivery page for rates and lead times.
Do you install windows and doors?
Aluminium windows and doors are supplied only, so your own builder or installer fits them. Automatic doors and custom shopfronts are supplied and installed through our parent company, MC Automations.
