What the steps mean
- Payment confirmed – your order is confirmed and our team checks it next.
- Technical review – we check the sizes and details before anything is made.
- In production – your windows or doors are being made. Made-to-order items usually take 3–4 working days.
- Quality checked and packed – every item is checked and packed for the trip.
- Ready for collection – collect from Unit 2, 84 Ridge Road, Laser Park, Roodepoort, Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30 and Friday 07:30–15:00.
- Dispatched – your order is on its way to the delivery address on your order.
