• Tiered trade pricing — approved trade accounts are assigned a pricing tier (5%, 10% or 15% off catalogue prices). Your tier pricing applies automatically across the whole catalogue whenever you are signed in.
• Project reference and purchase-order number at checkout — captured on your order, shown on your order emails and available to our production team.
• PDF invoices with every order — attached to your order emails and downloadable any time from your account. All catalogue prices exclude VAT.
• Repeat ordering — re-order any previous order in two clicks from your account order history.
• Window & door schedule submission — send a full project schedule through the Professional Portal and receive one consolidated quotation.
• Project pricing requests — volume and multi-phase projects quoted through the Professional Portal.
• Quotation to online payment — written quotations can be converted to a secure online payment link, so site or head-office staff can pay without re-entering the order.
• Custom shopfront and automatic-door quoting — Custom Shopfront Work & Design, including the MC-125 and MCW-100 operator packages.

What to expect from Coetz Glazing

Every trade account order at Coetz starts with your sizes and a fixed price online, so you know exactly what you are getting before anything is made.

We manufacture to size in our own factory, glaze with 6.38mm laminated safety glass as standard, and powder-coat the aluminium in the colour that suits the building.

Because we manufacture and supply every trade order ourselves, one accountable team looks after your order from order to delivery, backed by our manufacturer warranty.

Why aluminium is the right choice

For trade account, aluminium is the material that lasts. It will not rust, warp or rot, it shrugs off the South African sun, and it needs almost no maintenance beyond an occasional wipe-down.

Our frames are available in five finishes – White as standard, Bronze and Charcoal at the same price, and Black and Natural Anodised at a small premium, so the windows match the architecture instead of fighting it. Slim sightlines let in more glass and more daylight.

Every unit is glazed with 6.38mm laminated safety glass as standard, which improves security, cuts outside noise and holds together if it is ever broken. The exceptions are our Patio sliding doors and a few large Elite sliding door sizes, which use toughened safety glass.

We manufacture trade account to your exact sizes in our own factory, so there is no waiting on imported stock and no compromise on fit. Large and repeat orders are planned and delivered on schedule.
