- Coetz Glazing supplies standard-size aluminium windows and doors only — we do not provide installation services.
- All prices are in South African Rand and are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated automatically at the applicable South African rate (currently 15%) and added at checkout — see our FAQ and Delivery pages for details.
- Collection and delivery terms are set out on our Delivery page.
- Trade pricing is subject to a separate approved Trade Account agreement.

Product Disclaimer
Please confirm the product size, opening direction and installation clearances before ordering.
Coetz Glazing supplies standard-size aluminium windows and doors based on the dimensions, colour, glass and opening options selected by the customer at the time of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the opening accurately (see our Installation Guides), select the correct opening direction and configuration, confirm sufficient installation clearance, and arrange a suitably qualified installer.
Coetz Glazing is not responsible for incorrect customer-supplied measurements, and cannot accept returns on made-to-order products cut to an incorrect customer-supplied size.
Installation Responsibility
Coetz Glazing is a supply-only business — we do not install aluminium windows or doors. Installation is arranged and carried out entirely by the customer or the customer’s chosen installer. We are not responsible for installation quality, workmanship, or any damage arising from installation, nor for structural, weatherproofing, or building-regulation compliance of the completed installation. We recommend using an appropriately qualified and insured installer. Warranty on the product itself is separate from any workmanship guarantee your installer may offer — see our Warranty page.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
