Compliance considerations

Glass specification for windows depends on the opening size, position and exposure. Larger or more exposed openings may call for a different glass or additional support under wind load, and glazing in hazardous positions may need safety glass. SANS 613 windows and doors →

Description

Genius Top Hung Aluminium Window 900 × 1800 mm Twin Opener, 400 mm High Vent — made to order in South Africa and priced online, supplied direct by Coetz™.

Genius Top Hung Window – 900 × 1800 mm, Twin Opener

A made-to-order 900 × 1800 mm genius top hung casement window from the Genius range, with a 400 mm high vent. Top-hung vents open outwards from the head, so rain runs off the open sash and the opening stays usable in bad weather. They are the usual choice above a work surface or where an opening sash must not swing into the room. Glazed with 6.38 mm clear laminated safety glass, powder-coated to your chosen finish and supplied nationwide across South Africa.
