Overview

The MCW-100 is a compact automatic swing-door operator for suitable aluminium-framed, timber, metal and glass swing-door applications, subject to door size, weight, mounting and site assessment. It supports inward-opening and outward-opening doors using pull-arm or push-arm arrangements, and single or paired-door operation subject to system configuration. Glass doors require the correct glass-clamp arrangement.

Important: door width and weight capacity are interdependent. Final suitability depends on the door leaf, hinges, wind load, opening resistance, arm geometry and installation conditions. The stated limits were tested without wind pressure; doors operated near the limit range should run at reduced speed. Specification to be confirmed during technical assessment.

Supply Scope

Each MCW-100 project is quoted according to the door, opening, arm arrangement, activation and safety devices, locking, access-control requirements and site conditions. Accessories such as sensors, push buttons, remotes and electric locks are confirmed per package in the written quotation.

Warranty

Two-year warranty, subject to the written quotation, correct installation, approved operating conditions and the applicable Coetz™ warranty terms.

Installation

Coetz™ is primarily positioned as a supply-only aluminium manufacturer. Automatic swing doors must be assessed, installed, programmed and commissioned by competent personnel; installation and commissioning are quoted separately and arranged through MC Automations, Coetz™’s parent company, and are excluded unless specifically included in a written quotation.
