Every Coetz™ window comes with 6.38 mm clear laminated safety glass. That matters most on the large panes and low-level windows common in Sandton homes. Under SANS 10400-N, published by the South African Bureau of Standards, glass in large, low or door-adjacent panes must be safety glass. With laminated glass as standard, you don’t have to choose.
We supply clear laminated glass only. We do not offer tinted, frosted or double-glazed aluminium windows. If a room gets strong afternoon sun, plan shading such as an overhang, a pergola or blinds. For noise, read laminated glass noise reduction.

- Delivery is charged once per order. Within our Johannesburg zone, which includes postcodes 2128, 2157 and 2196, it costs R650 for standard items and R950 for oversized items (over 2 400 mm). Other Sandton postcodes are charged at our Gauteng rate of R950 (R1 350 oversized). Checkout works out the rate from your postcode (see delivery).
- Estate access: give security the delivery details in advance, and check the delivery hours your estate allows.
- Apartments: book the goods lift and loading bay with the building manager. Check that a large fixed window fits in the lift, or plan to carry it up the stairs.
